The National Panhellenic Council, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Mayo Clinic, Volusia County’s Department of Health, Commissioner Paula Reed, and the City of Daytona Beach collectively orchestrated this impactful gathering. The Pilot Club of the Halifax Area played a pivotal role by providing bicycle helmets to children attending the fair. Each helmet was carefully fitted by dedicated club members, ensuring a perfect fit for every child.
